Ah, yes, a trip down memory lane, to when “college rock” became “alternative rock,” even though the sounds were still the same. California rock band dada were very much of their time, a power trio that had more than a little R.E.M. in its DNA. This song’s sorta bleak, you know?  And sorta weird, too. And sorta cool, too
