3AM Eternal: The Beach Boys “Chug A Lug” (1962)

I’ve always loved this song. It’s dumb fun, but most of all, it’s pure youthful excitement and it captures being a kid and the enjoyment of innocent, teenage pleasures. It’s also indicative of the catchy pop that captured the heart of kids all around the world at the time, and for that fact alone, it makes it one of the great lost treasures in the Sea of Tunes
