Leo Bud Welch, “Don’t Let The Devil Ride”

When bluesman Leo Bud Welch died in 2017, he was 85 years old, and the tragedy was not of him passing away at an advanced age, but because he was only three years into a recording career. Here, he takes on Brother Joe May‘s signature tune, “Don’t Let The Devil Ride,” the wisdom of Welch’s years transforming the song into one all his own.
