We’ve been longtime supporters of both The Veldt and the Athens Popfest for a long, long time. We had intended–but didn’t get around to–having an interview with seminal American shoegazers The Veldt in preparation of their appearance at this year’s Popfest, but it didn’t come together. They’re working on their newest album, and we’ll definitely have them here when they do! In the interim, check out their appearance in full–it’s mellow, soulful, and beautiful.
