When last we spoke of the duo of Tess Parks and Anton Newcombe, we secretly wondered when a second album would appear. Well, that album has just been announced, a self-titled affair due for release on October 12th. With the announcement came the release of an official video for the album’s first single, “Right On.” The song, a hold over from the self-titled EP released earlier this summer, is easily one of the duos finest compositions to date. Parks’ dreamy voice naturally blends with Newcombe’s hazy, psychedelic melodies, while the song––and the listener’s mind–floats effortlessly in the ether. Are we excited to hear the rest of the album? The only answer to that would be: hell yes.
