We were stoked to learn last week that California-based Kids On A Crime Spree will be releasing their debut album Fall In Love Not In Line first thing next year. It’s been eleven years since they impressed us with their debut EP We Love You So Bad. Since then, they sort of disappeared, only popping up on split releases. But it’s been worth the wait! “When Can I See You Again?” Is a crunchy bit of noise pop, recalling legends Buzzcocks, Boyracer, and Henry’s Dress. Frontman Mario Hernandez and his power trio of Becky Barron and Bill Evans really pack a wallop in two minutes’ time, and it’s just the thing to get your feet to moving and your booty groovin’.
