The Special Pillow front man Dan Cuddy was one of the visionaries behind 1980s experimental band Hypnolovewheel,  a band much beloved in its heyday. Cuddy actually formed The Special Pillow shortly after his other band broke up, and though they have been somewhat dormant as of late, they never really went away. They are back with a fantastic new album later this year entitled Sleeping Weird, and we are proud to debut the video to their latest single, “A Billion Years Ago,”  which is a fun, rootsy psychedelic pop number that is a sweet delight for a hot summer‘s night, as tasty as a bowl of strawberry sherbet.
