We are genuinely enthusiastic about the forthcoming sophomore album from British musician Hannah Rodgers, who records as Pixx. Her debut album, The Age Of Anxiety, was one of the best records of 2017, a highly underrated affair that was quite promising. Her new album, entitled Small Mercies, is out in June via 4AD, and this first taste shows that the wait was worth it. A driving postpunk beat accentuated by her deep and powerful voice ,”Disgrace” is an exciting number from a young woman with a truly promising future.
